My View
Low-density developments like this are becoming increasingly rare in Marbella. With just 33 residences across a 50,000 m² estate, privacy has clearly been prioritised over volume.
Nagüeles is one of Marbella's most established residential addresses, offering the rare combination of privacy, sea views and immediate access to the Golden Mile.
Beyond the Armani name, what stands out is the developer's track record. Their communities are known for exceptional security, beautifully maintained gardens and a genuine resort atmosphere.
Projects with limited supply, prime locations and exceptional quality have historically performed strongly in Marbella. While future appreciation can never be guaranteed, these are the characteristics we always look for.
